Description:
The AFA series automatic coating machine adopts an electric push rod to realize the coating movement of the wet film preparation device or the wire bar, effectively avoiding the instability of manual coating. This machine adopts single chip microcomputer control technology; Touch screen display, select left and right travel speed and displacement, and display the actual moving distance of coating in real time during operation; The coating rack can be returned electrically or manually; The operation interface is simple and clear, which is extremely convenient for the operator; For convenience, left and right row start / stop mechanical buttons and emergency stop mechanical buttons are also added.
The vacuum coating table uses an external air pump (optional). The panel of the vacuum coating table is positioned by positioning pins, which can be easily removed for cleaning.
The coating push rod of this machine has been improved, which can not only be applied to the wet film preparation machine, but also can be applied to various specifications of wire rods after the wire rod pushing frame is installed. The wire bar pushing frame can be attached with counterweight to meet the pressing demand during the wire bar coating.

Matters needing attention:
1. Clean and maintain the instrument in time after use.
2. If the coating substrate is smaller than the small hole range of the vacuum coating table, the exposed small hole can be covered with electrostatic cling film.
3. The panel of the vacuum coating table can be removed for cleaning. Note that the upper and lower planes do not collide to affect the evacuation effect.
4. The wire rod pushing frame can be installed in the front and back direction (fixed by the screws of the counterweight). The face is used for the wire rod with a diameter of less than 12 and the face is used for the wire rod with a diameter of more than 12. Please remove it from the push rod when not in use.
5. Specification of vulnerable parts: vacuum coating table O-ring 335 × 5.30 GB3452.1； O-ring seal of wire rod pushing frame 100 × 3.55 GB3452.1.
